Data obtained via local hospital systems

The following fields were extracted from the hospital system and used in the ‘Core data’ section.

• Trust
• NHS Number (used as a unique value to calculate the outputs but not included in any reporting)
• Age at Attendance
• Postcode
• Referring ORG ID = GP Practice Code
• GP Practice Name
• Clinic Code
• Referral Date - Date referred to the service for breast pain by primary care. The date referred directly to the CBP Clinic or to the 2WW clinic if triaged out to attend CBPC.
• CBPC Attendance Date - Date attended CBPC
